Description

The EI&C Maintenance Engineer supports the reliable operation of electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems across manufacturing and utility areas. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, DeltaV support, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems.
• Support DeltaV DCS and related automation infrastructure.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and qualification activities.
• Prioritise technical requests from Operations and coordinate work around production.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation in SAP.
• Support MES / Syncade issues and system integrations.
• Contribute to reliability, commissioning, and continuous improvement activities.

Essential Requirements

• Technical degree/qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Process Control, or similar.
• Several years of industrial maintenance or automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with DeltaV DCS / process control systems .
• Strong electrical and instrumentation knowledge.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment .
• Fluent German .

Preferred Requirements

• SAP PM / maintenance experience.
• MES experience, preferably Syncade .
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical manufacturing background.
• Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, validation, commissioning, or qualification.
• English proficiency.
