We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. We are offering $30 - $40 per hour at or around 15-25 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across our portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenant satisfaction remains high. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping properties in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and/or perform maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with appliances, lighting, and general property concerns.

• Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address maintenance needs.

• Oversee repairs for carpentry, appliances, windows, screens, blinds, and doors.

• Manage and prioritize work orders efficiently, ensuring high standards of tenant satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the property management team to plan and optimize task workflows.

• Ensure property grounds are well-maintained, addressing landscaping and exterior needs as required.

• Coordinate and manage contractors during unit turnover maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related supervisory role.

• Knowledge of general maintenance techniques (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).

• Self-sufficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Physical capability to lift heavy objects and perform labor-intensive tasks as needed.

• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and team members.
