This role manages reservations, seating, and service flow while setting the standard for execution on the floor. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, high-end service environments.

Pay

$7.50/hour plus tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, seating, and service flow.
• Oversee the guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Support and coordinate frontofhouse operations.
• Maintain an organized and polished frontofhouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale hospitality setting, such as fine dining, luxury hotels, highend cocktail bars, concierge services, or VIP guest services.
• Strong understanding of elevated service standards with the ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Teamoriented with the ability to remain composed and effective in a fastpaced environment.
