Required Technical Skill Set**
Own and manage Major Incident and Problem management process.
Perform impact analysis and qualify Major Incidents.
Ownership of the major incident bridge and drive high impact incidents to closures.
Perform Major incident reviews.
Proactive & reactive problem management.
Knowledge of RCA techniques like 5 WHYs
SLA Reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
MS Office.
