Major Project Technician

You will work in a small group of Field Service Specialists attending fault calls, completing escalator/elevator repairs, and servicing an allocated maintenance run. What will you be doing?

• Responsible for accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed to ensure accuracy of customer notification.
• Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Networking
• On-call support and standby availability
• Providing service and assistance as needed
• Willingness to perform overtime as required
• Handling and assisting external visitors, effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Manages daily workload with minimal assistance from Supervisor.
• Ensure safety at all times.

Are you the one?

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator/escalator maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with software-based diagnostics, electronic systems, IT networks, and fault analysis
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Possess own transport and valid motorcycle license
• Willing to work rotating shifts and travel when required.
