Who you are

• Experience in operations, regulatory reporting, legal or compliance
• Understanding of Major Shareholding Reporting rules across one or many jurisdictions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT skills and interest in process improvement
• Experience within the investment management industry

What the job involves

• We are seeking a Major Shareholding Reporting Analyst to join our Regulatory Reporting team on a 12-month fixed-term contract
• This role is ideal for someone with experience in investment operations, regulatory reporting, legal or compliance who thrives in a deadline-driven environment
• You will be responsible for monitoring reportable positions, producing disclosures and supporting regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• You will also contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
• Produce major shareholding disclosures and ensure regulatory obligations are met accurately and on time
• Monitor and calculate reportable positions and proactively escalate approaching thresholds
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities across global markets
• Work with Risk, Compliance and third-party providers to maintain effective reporting processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and risk reduction
