All Valley Premier Private Care & Home Health Care is currently seeking compassionate CAREgivers to support clients throughout Phoenix and the West Valley.

Hundreds of individuals in our community—young and old, elderly or disabled—depend on quality long-term care to live safely and comfortably at home. CAREgivers play a vital role in making that possible. At All Valley, we truly put the CARE in CAREgiver, and we’re looking for individuals with big hearts, a passion for personal growth, and a desire to help elevate the caregiving profession.

As a CAREgiver, you’ll provide in-home support such as personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and more. Your work will bring safety, comfort, and peace of mind to clients and their families. We’ll support you every step of the way with comprehensive training, resources, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Training & Professional Development

Your interactive CAREgiver training with All Valley includes:

• CPR & First Aid certification
• Direct Care Worker training
• Ongoing CEU training (6 hours annually)
• Optional Advanced Emotional Intelligence training

Our Mission

That’s why we offer free CPR and First Aid training and continued access to advanced learning opportunities, including leadership and emotional intelligence development.

CAREgivers & COVID-19

Our clients include individuals who are at higher risk, so we implemented strong COVID-19 safety protocols early on. CAREgivers are supported with research-based safety practices, rapid response testing, and assistance coordinating vaccinations (including transportation if needed) in partnership with AHCCCS.

Job Responsibilities

CAREgiver duties may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks
• Helping with transfers (bed, bath, wheelchair, vehicle)
• Maintaining a clean, comfortable living environment
• Light housekeeping and sanitation of living spaces
• Laundry, errands, and other household tasks

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable using basic household tools

No prior experience is required—our training program will help you build the skills needed for a successful and fulfilling caregiving career.
