Duties

• Support team efforts by supervising new team members or volunteers when needed, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in supervising teams, field sales, or canvassing is highly desirable.
• Strong marketing and community engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively face-to-face.
• Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, active listening, and professionalism.
• Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods; outdoor work experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are an advantage for engaging diverse communities.
• Skilled in using mobile devices for data entry and communication during outreach activities.
• Experience in telemarketing can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
