MAKE READY TECHNICIAN

PRICE REALTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, an established and growing management company is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Make Ready to join our team at our luxury multi-family community located near historic downtown Katy. To be successful in this role we are looking for candidates that possess strong leadership, customer service, marketing and team building skills.

Under the direction and guidance of the Lead Maintenance, the position is responsible for efficiently performing routine maintenance duties and assisting with the completion of service requests; make readies; pool and grounds care, and preventive maintenance:

In addition, other required job skills include but are not limited to knowledge about the following:

• Make general A/C, Appliance and Electrical repairs
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between resident occupancy.
• Repairs plaster/Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications.
• Maintaining property exterior grounds and common areas of property.
• Repairs/replaces windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors and closets.
• Assists in the repair/replacement/removal of appliances.
• Repairs/replaces sinks/baths/showers and faucets, sink plugs, washers.
• Repairs/replaces curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans.
• Repairs/replaces flooring materials.
• Repairs/replaces any apartment material/maintenance requests within scope of management responsibility

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

-2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent

-Dry walling including painting and carpentry

-Basic knowledge of plumbing

-Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

-Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer.
