Make-Ready Technician

Join SFS Construction as a Make-Ready Technician (Unit Turn Crew Member) and put your hands-on skills to work on unit turn projects. Youll work alongside fellow crew members to complete drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, and vinyl flooring tasks. This role is a fit for a motivated, dependable team member who brings a strong work ethic and enjoys working with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall work and painting for unit turn projects.
• Install vinyl flooring as part of the unit turn process.
• Complete electrical and plumbing work as part of the unit turn crew.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete unit turn tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in drywall, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and vinyl flooring installation.
• Dependability, motivation, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well with a team.

Compensation

$20$22 per hour, based on experience. Paid biweekly.
