What they need
We are looking for a Receptionist & Client Coordinator for our premium bridal makeup studio. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Malayalam, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing appointments, coordinating bridal bookings, responding to inquiries, maintaining client records, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. Prior experience in customer service, reception, or the beauty industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
