MALA RESTAURANT — FULL-TIME KITCHEN CREW

Location: Bukit Panjang, Paya Lebar, Kent Ridge (NUS), Jurong West (NTU), Sembawang, Orchard, Simei, Serangoon, Bugis, Lentor, Lavender, Punggol (NEW!)

Working Hours: Shifts between 10:00 AM – 02.30 AM (incl. 45 - 90-min break) · 30–60 hrs/week · 5 / 5.5 / 6 days/week · 10 hrs/day

Hours worked beyond 44 per week are compensated as overtime in accordance with the Singapore Employment Act.

What You'll Do

• Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Prepare and assemble orders accurately according to established kitchen standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Operate various kitchen stations including deep fryer, water boiler, and induction cooktop

• Positive, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible and proactive — able to multitask and support colleagues as needed
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required — full training provided
• Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus
