Malay Quality Analyst

Job Summary This role focuses on designing and enhancing agentic software solutions for high technology products while operating fully from the office in a collaborative environment. The engineer will build intelligent systems that interact autonomously ensuring accurate Malay to English translation workflows and localized software for Malaysia. The role demands strong analytical skills precise communication in English and deep familiarity with Malaysia specific contexts to support global customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop agentic software components that enable autonomous decision making and workflow orchestration for high technology products targeted at Malaysia markets ensuring reliability and scalability across multiple deployments.
• Design and implement robust application modules that integrate Malay language inputs and convert them accurately to English optimizing translation logic and data handling for maximum clarity and minimal interpretation errors.
• Configure and fine tune Malaysia specific solution settings including regional conventions and context cues to ensure that all software outputs remain culturally appropriate and relevant to local users.
• Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to understand complex business requirements in the high technology domain and translate them into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain scalable interfaces to consume Malay text and speech convert them into standardized English representations and expose results to downstream analytics or reporting layers.
• Perform thorough code reviews and unit testing focused on linguistic edge cases domain accuracy performance constraints and long term maintainability of agentic logic modules.
• Analyze production incidents related to Malay translation flows or Malaysia specific behaviors identify root causes and implement corrective enhancements that prevent recurrence and improve user experience.
• Document technical designs data models and workflow diagrams in clear English to support cross regional engineering teams and enable smooth knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with quality engineering teams to design test scenarios that cover Malay to English conversion accuracy regional compliance expectations and core functional stability of agentic features.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to present solution behavior demonstrate translation quality and explain how agentic features create measurable value for high technology customers and end users.
• Optimize application performance for day shift office environments including response times for translation operations resource utilization and consistency of results across different Malaysia data sets.
• Support deployment activities for on premise office based installations ensuring that configuration steps environment dependencies and monitoring hooks are well defined and verified.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating emerging practices in natural language handling and agentic architectures and recommending updates that strengthen product competitiveness and social impact through better communication.

Qualifications

• Possess two to four years of hands on experience in software engineering with direct exposure to agentic or intelligent systems within the high technology industry context.
• Demonstrate strong fluency in Malay with the ability to interpret regional nuances and provide accurate translation to English in both written and spoken interactions.
• Exhibit solid proficiency in English for reading writing and speaking to collaborate with global teams and produce clear technical documentation.
• Bring practical experience working on solutions tailored for Malaysia including awareness of local business practices technology usage patterns and language norms.
• Apply structured problem solving skills to analyze complex translation and automation challenges and propose data driven solutions that improve customer outcomes.
• Show proven ability to work from office during day shift collaborating closely with cross functional peers and responding quickly to evolving project needs.
• Display familiarity with modern software development practices such as version control testing automation and iterative delivery to support high quality releases.a Min 2 years of work experience required with excellent communication skills in English should be able to read write speak fluently

b Experienced user of mobile wearables and home technologies

c Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as a team in a fastpaced environment

d Strong knowledge handson experience in Software Testing Life Cycle phases test case design test execution defect loggingtracking

e Ability to analyze test results and identify patterns of issues troubleshoot scenarios and compile detailed report

f Test Automation expertise is an added advantage

g Excellent communication skills in Malay is required should be able to read write speak fluently

h Should Have Good Knowhow About The Malaysia Geography i Should have lived atleast 3 years within the past 5 years in Malaysia
