Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Fluent in Malayalam – speaking proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong telecalling and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, clear, and professional communication.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Prior telecalling/customer support/sales experience is preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer queries.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
