Requirements

• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
• Basic proficiency in English is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers can apply; customer-service/voice-process experience is an advantage.
