General Practitioner (GP) – Orthopedic Experience

We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional DHA Registered General Practitioner (GP) with experience in Orthopedics to join our team.

We welcome applications from experienced doctors and fresh graduates who meet the necessary DHA requirements. Candidates with previous experience in orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive healthcare.
• Conduct routine physical examinations, medical consultations, and health assessments.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage common orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Evaluate and manage patients presenting with joint pain, back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, sprains, strains, and other musculoskeletal complaints.
• Conduct initial assessment and management of minor orthopedic injuries and conditions within the scope of practice.
• Interpret diagnostic investigations, including laboratory tests and X-rays, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as required.
• Provide appropriate follow-up care and monitor patients' progress.
• Refer patients to orthopedic specialists or other healthcare professionals when required.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient medical records.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide health education, advice, and counseling to patients and their families.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach and ensure high standards of clinical care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, treatment protocols, and developments in general medicine and orthopedics.

Requirements

• DHA Registration or Eligibility as a General Practitioner (GP).
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience in Orthopedics, musculoskeletal care, or orthopedic-related cases is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage a wide range of general medical and musculoskeletal cases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional ethics.
• Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they meet the necessary DHA requirements; however, candidates with orthopedic experience will be preferred.
