What You'll Do

As a Male PCA/Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical care in clients’ homes, including:

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance when needed
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
• Provide light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and the care team
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for each client

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of caregiving/PCA experience preferred
• Experience with personal care, mobility assistance, or transfers is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to pass a required state background check
• Ability to complete standard onboarding requirements
