Key Responsibilities

To maintain and beautify the lawns, gardens, flowerbeds, and other green areas of the University by carrying out routine gardening, planting, watering, pruning, weeding, and related horticultural activities.

• Maintain and beautify lawns, gardens, flowerbeds, and other green areas of the University.
• Perform watering, planting, pruning, trimming, weeding, and grass-cutting activities.
• Plant and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and other ornamental plants.
• Prepare soil, apply manure/fertilizers, and carry out routine horticultural activities.
• Perform any other gardening or horticultural duties assigned by the supervisor.

Term and Conditions

Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:

• NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and/or absence of NOC from Head of the Institution.

• In the process of pursuing a required degree.

• Medically unfit.

Candidates serving in Govt departments or Armed forces will be required to furnish a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective parent department/organization.

Internal candidates must obtain prior consent from their respective institution/department before applying for the position. Late/incomplete applications will be ignored.
