WE’RE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Grand Outlet Karawang is looking for a Customer Service to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Manage shopping voucher issuance, sales, redemption, administration, and daily reconciliation.
• Manage Lost & Found items, including recording, safekeeping, and return coordination.
• Handle paging announcements for customers, visitors, and mall operations.
• Conduct pre-opening and post-closing operational checks in accordance with SOPs and report any issues to the relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to Customer Service activities.
• Coordinate with tenants and relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service and mall operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 in any field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Mall Management, or related industries is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to handle complaints professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Well-groomed and professional.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
