Mall Engineer

Panorama Development Corporation is looking for a technically skilled and experienced individual to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and proper operation of mall facilities and building systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and maintenance of mall facilities and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of generators, pumps, air-conditioning units, elevators, escalators, and other building equipment.
• Identify technical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure all building systems and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance personnel for technical repairs and servicing.
• Maintain equipment records, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical reports.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with building safety standards and government inspection requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in mall technical operations, building maintenance, or facilities management is highly preferred.
• Applicants with relevant hands-on technical experience are welcome, even without an engineer license.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience maintaining mall facilities, commercial buildings, or similar properties is an advantage.
• Responsible, hardworking, and capable of handling technical problems independently.
• Willing to work on-site and respond to urgent maintenance concerns when needed.
