Mall Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the mall, ensuring smooth functioning of all stores and services.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of equipment, fixtures, and facilities to maintain high standards.
• Develop strategies to increase foot traffic, sales growth, and customer satisfaction through effective marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and regulations.

Job Requirements :

• 13-20 years of experience in retail or hospitality industry with expertise in mall management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
