Mall Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations of the mall, ensure smooth functioning of all departments, maintain customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the mall and ensure smooth business functioning.
• Supervise staff, allocate duties, and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance, footfall, and overall business activities.
• Coordinate with store managers, sales teams, maintenance staff, and other departments.
• Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, staff performance, and operations.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional standards among employees.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail or mall management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and inventory management.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
