Mall Operations Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the various functions and processes that support the operations of Mall Department
• Overseeing the daily operations of the malls, ensuring that the operations of the malls runs smoothly and efficiently
• Develop, drive and implement the technical and operations of Mall such as safety, facilities services management etc. to ensure smooth operations and services
• Develop and implement the standard operating procedures of malls to drive the best practices of operations excellence management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the mall
• To ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations, including safety, health, and environmental standards for the malls
• Establish and monitor people performance in both management skills and technical expertise to ensure the capability and competency are aligned to overall business goals and expectations.
• Responding to and resolving mall operational issues, to identify and resolve operational challenges, e.g. tenant disputes or facility maintenance issues
• Overview, plan and control financial expenses budget for mall operations

Work Experience and Qualification

• 7-10 years experience
• Qualification – Business Administration/ Building Management
• Mall retail/ operations knowledge and experience
