DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, creating a positive and inviting shopping experience

• Provide expert skincare product knowledge and recommendations to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions

• Demonstrate on how to use specific skincare products to customers

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

• Maintain an attractive and organized retail floor, ensuring product displays are visually appealing and properly stocked

• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, though enthusiastic candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
