Mall Supervisor

Mall Operations Supervisor - maintains the smooth and efficient operations of the mall. This encompasses monitoring facilities, proposing and implementing standards of safety and sanitation, and managing day-to-day activities within the mall. They also coordinate with the various mall departments and manage the maintenance personnel to provide the best experience for both tenants and customers of the mall.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall mall management
• Plans and directs the day-to-day operations
• Maintain compliance with company standards, government regulations, and statutory requirements
• Develops strategies to improve customer service
• Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, mall policies, and company rules and regulations
• Implement and enforce mall operational policies and procedures
• Monitor tenant fit-out, construction, and renovation activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, design standards, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and internal departments regarding fit-out schedules, permits, and project requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, identify compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions when necessary
• Assist in processing tenant permits, clearances, and other operational requirements
• Maintain accurate records of tenant documentation, permits, inspection reports, and compliance-related files
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate concerns with the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in any Business-related course.
• At least 2 years experience in operations management. Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, and retail is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a commercial/mall setting is highly preferred.
• Preferably with experience handling maintenance and janitorial personnel
• Preferably female with mall operations experience
