MALL Tenant Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Be the Single Point of Contact between the client & all other teams.
• Drive Tenant Coordination for fitouts at various shopping malls & for other projects
• Track down deliverables & timelines and be accountable for all follow ups & activities to ensure all timelines are adhered till project completion.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for project status and present the same in review meetings.
• Conduct and minute meetings required for the project progress.
• Maintain all administrative record of the project
• Manage communication wrt mails, video conference calls, tele calls effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct site visits periodically with /without team as required.
• Great at PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Acad
