Malware Engineer Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Conduct static and dynamic malware analysis and reverse engineering to understand malware behavior, techniques, and potential impact.
• Investigate malware-related security incidents and support incident response activities.
• Analyze threats and translate findings into actionable threat intelligence.
• Collaborate with SOC, DFIR, and Threat Intelligence teams to enhance detection and incident response capabilities.
• Develop and maintain detection rules, signatures, and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing to team members.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity defenses and response strategies.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Malware Analysis, Malware Engineering, or Reverse Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of malware behavior, attack techniques, and threat actor methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux internals and operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, x64dbg, OllyDbg, or malware sandboxing environments.
• Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity principles, threat analysis, and incident response.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical findings.

Work Arrangement

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work onsite daily in Uptown BGC.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
