Mammography Technologist

The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality screening and diagnostic breast imaging while ensuring minimal radiation exposure.

• Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging procedures.
• Operate mammography equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain imaging quality.
• Support patients throughout the exam process, providing assistance before, during, and after procedures.
• Manage documentation, images, and films accurately.
• Perform basic clerical tasks related to department operations.
• Assist with department emergencies as needed.

Qualifications include strong technical skills in mammography, knowledge of radiation safety, attention to detail, and excellent patient communication skills.
