Mammography Technologist - Float Team

We are seeking a Mammography Technologist to support multiple imaging facilities within a regional team.

As part of the Diagnostic Float Team , you will perform high-quality mammography exams, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and privacy. Your responsibilities include reviewing images for quality, operating equipment safely, maintaining documentation, and supporting infection control and quality standards.

• Key duties** involve gathering patient history, explaining procedures, positioning patients, and assisting in emergencies. You will also ensure accurate labeling, record-keeping, and equipment readiness, while supporting team training and maintaining a clean, stocked suite.
• Qualifications** include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, at least 2 years of hospital radiology and mammography experience, and certifications in ARRT-R, ARRT-M, and BLS.
• Skills** required are strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, radiation safety, and mammography best practices, along with excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment.
