Management Accountant

Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include but may not be limited to

The Role

• Manage end-to-end budgeting and forecasting, including the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and month-end cycles.
• Analyse budget variances to support timely performance decisions.
• Prepare management and operational reports with insightful commentary.
• Develop financial models for benchmarking and analysis.
• Maintain and analyse the KPI dashboard to track company performance.
• Conduct financial analysis including gross margins, break-even, and ratio assessments.
• Review cost structures and drivers to identify efficiency improvements.
• Partner with operations to maintain accurate financial and inventory records.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting foundation
• Proven experience building and managing budgets and forecasts
• Prior experience building or developing financial models for operational analysis
• Ability to produce robust management reporting and commentary to influence key decisions
• Advanced excel
