Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze monthly financial performance and identify key variances against budget and forecast.
* Prepare management reports and provide insights into business trends and performance drivers.
* Develop short-term forecasts and monitor achievement against targets.
* Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and commercial teams to understand business activities and underlying drivers.
* Perform profitability and cost analysis by business segment, customer, product, or project.
* Provide early warning signals and recommendations to management on significant risks and opportunities.
* Assist preparing annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
* Continuously improve management reporting processes and performance dashboards.
* Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis as required.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
* 2-5 years of experience in accounting, management reporting, FP&A, or business analysis.
* Strong understanding of financial statements and management accounting principles.
* Ability to interpret financial data and translate them into business insights.
* Experience in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Advanced Excel skills; Powerpoint, experience with ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage.
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Proactive and self-driven, with leadership potential to grow into a senior role
* TOEIC Score 600 up
