Management Accountant

About the role

The Management Accountant is responsible for the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial and management reports to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making. This role ensures accurate monitoring of financial performance, cost management, and compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures. The position also works closely with different departments in evaluating operational efficiency, tracking expenditures, and providing timely financial insights that contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit the Monthly Consolidated Management Income Statement (IS) Report
• Prepare and submit the Quarterly Consolidated Management Financial Statements (FS) Report
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets to ensure requests and expenditures remain within approved allocations
• Coordinate and communicate departmental monthly expenses and budget updates
• Assist management in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports

About you

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Background in real estate, construction, or project-based industries is an advantage
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different departments
