Management Accountant

We’re partnering with a leading retail organisation operating across multiple markets. You’ll join a high‑performing finance team, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis and process improvement to help drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and support month‑end reporting
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
• Provide variance analysis and clear financial insight to senior stakeholders
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Monitor departmental and operational costs against budget
• Assist with ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting
• Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives across the finance team

Successful Candidate

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
• Experience in management accounting or a first time mover from practice
• Strong technical grounding with attention to detail
• Proactive, independent and a strong communicator
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams
• Available immediately or at short notice
