Management Accountant

I'm currently partnering with a well-known international business looking to hire a Management Accountant into their growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA accountant , ideally coming from a Big 4 or Top 10 practice background, who is looking to make their first move into industry.

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you'll gain broad exposure across management reporting, financial analysis, business partnering and process improvement, while developing a strong understanding of how a commercial finance function operates.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting commentary
• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Financial analysis to support decision making across the business
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
• Supporting year-end and audit activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, controls and processes
• Building relationships with stakeholders across finance and the wider business

About you:

• Newly qualified ACA (or due to qualify within the next few months)
• Ideally trained within a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded and keen to develop a career in industry
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to take ownership
