About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role works closely with an existing Management Accountant to provide monthly management accounts and financial reporting for a portfolio of entities within the JACE Group.

Key Responsibilities

·        Monthly management accounts and financial reporting

·        Taxation and compliance

·        Group reporting, consolidation and planning

·        Process improvement and reporting efficiency

·        Treasury and other support

About You

·        Relevant Accounting or Finance qualification; CA or working towards CA preferred.

·        2–5 years’ experience in accounting, reporting, reconciliations and month-end processes.

·        Sound knowledge of NZ tax requirements, including GST and PAYE.

·        Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills; BI/reporting tools advantageous.

·        Detail-focused, analytical and well-organised, with strong communication skills.

·        Proactive, collaborative and systems-minded, with an interest in process improvement.

·        Primary sector, export, horticulture or multi-entity experience advantageous.

·        Passionate about contributing to team culture and supporting organisational growth.
