Management Accounting Section Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing the Management Accounting Section and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost management, and management reporting. Provides accurate and timely financial information and insights to support management decision-making and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Management Accounting team
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Review financial reports and conduct budget and variance analysis
• Monitor costs, financial performance, and key performance indicators
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of management reports
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and financial efficiency
• Coordinate with other departments on financial planning and performance matters

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
