Management Analyst

JOB BRIEF

• The Management Analyst is responsible for driving business performance, strategic analysis, and operational effectiveness through data-driven insights, management reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, support strategic decision-making, and implement initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and business outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze casino revenue, hold, theoretical win, player activity, and profitability across table games and slots to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate player segments, acquisition, retention, reinvestment, and campaign effectiveness to improve player value and marketing returns.
• Assess game mix, table and machine utilization, betting limits, and staffing productivity to recommend operational improvements.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, business cases, KPI dashboards, and executive reports to support casino strategy and management decisions.
• Work with Corporate Development, Casino Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT to translate insights into actionable initiatives and track results.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistent analytical standards; lead and develop the analytics team.
• Lead business and management analysis to support strategic planning, business reviews, and executive decision-making.
• Evaluate business models, and operating performance to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Develop business cases, feasibility assessments, scenario analyses, and recommendations for management consideration.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, performance targets, and measurable deliverables.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and relevant business indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance gaps, root causes, emerging trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and relevant governance forums.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and relevance of management information used for decision-making.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• A master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Typically 7–10+ years of relevant experience in management analysis, business planning, strategy, operations, management consulting, or performance management.
• Demonstrated experience leading analytical projects, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional business reviews.
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Prior people-management experience is required or strongly preferred, particularly for Senior Manager appointments.
