Management Assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (m/f/d) to support our management team.

Starting immediately, as a full-time parental leave replacement for 18 months, based in Duisburg

You will carry out the following activities:

• Supporting management in day-to-day operations and projects
• Preparing for and following up on internal and external meetings and events
• Preparing and compiling information to support decision-making
• Creating presentations, reports and documentation
• Representing the company to guests and clients

Required profile:

• Completed vocational training in business or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze business issues
• Affinity for agile work methods and digitalization (MS Office is a must)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Ability to work independently, a hands-on mindset, resilience, and flexibility
• High degree of discretion
