Management Associate

The duties of the Management Associate include, but not limited to, the following:

Job description:

1. Carrying out day-to-day tasks equivalent to an Executive level;

2. Conducting research (including data analytics) and providing recommendations;

3. to support initiatives that the company aspires to pursue;

4. Providing opportunities for the Trainee to attend internal and external meetings;

5. and presentations (where possible). Additionally, providing opportunities for the;

6. Trainee to present their views where possible;

7. Developing proposals and recommendations on ideas, products, new services, or findings;

8. Rotation to different role and functions;

9. To undertake any assignments as and when instructed by the superior and/ or the management.

Requirement:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Arts Stream graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.80
• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.50
• Maximum age of 26 years old (based on the candidate's next birthday)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two (2) years of working experience

Preferred Attributes:

• Active involvement in co-curricular activities
• Experience as a student leader or office bearer will be an added advantage
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, tenacity, and a positive attitude
• Possesses a high level of Emotional Quotient (EQ)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
