As a Management Associate, you will be part of a dynamic graduate development programme designed to fast-track you into leadership roles over a 24-month journey. This sales-driven role offers hands-on exposure to client acquisition, relationship management and financial advisory, preparing you for future leadership roles.
💼 You will:
- Participate in client meetings, research and proposal preparation
- Assist in developing financial plans, investment insights and risk-based recommendations
- Receive structured coaching, performance reviews and leadership training

👩🎓 Who Are We Looking For
- Min. 21 years old due to industry regulations
- Min. Diploma or GCE A-Level qualification
- Current undergraduate students (any major welcome: Engineering, Business or Economics a plus)
- Completed NS
- Motivated, coachable and eager to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in finance, wealth management or investments
