Management Associate

About the role

The Management Associate Programme is designed to develop future professionals within the global futures and derivatives industry. Successful candidates will gain exposure across various business functions, including Sales & Business Development, Dealing, Risk Management, Operations, Client Services and Strategic Projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development and client relationship management activities
• Assist in servicing institutional, corporate and professional clients
• Conduct market research and analysis on global and China financial markets
• Support trading, risk management, operational, and client servicing functions
• Participate in cross-border business initiatives and strategic projects
• Work closely with different departments to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics related disciplines
• 1–3 years of experience in futures, derivatives, securities, commodities, banking or capital markets
• Prior experience servicing Chinese clients, institutional investors, or corporate clients will be an advantage
• Strong interest in financial markets, futures and derivatives products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Self-motivated, analytical and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
