Job Description Management Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Enovia DSM setups and stability study data tracking.
• Raise and track Change Controls (CCPs) in Veeva Quality and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Support MPD/Analytical teams with batch records, technical documentation, and TT document reviews.
• Create Coupa POs based on approved quotations.
• Perform QC Soft entries for stability/raw material reports and protocol printing.
• Coordinate sample testing, laboratory waste destruction, and stability sample records.
• Review supplier qualification and technical documents and coordinate with RM suppliers for required documentation.
• Maintain action logs, WIP trackers, and documentation records while coordinating with cross-functional teams through MS Teams, Email & SharePoint.
