About the Role We are expanding our Leeds team and looking for a driven Management Associate to jump into a hands-on commercial career. You will learn our business from the ground up—starting with customer acquisition, live brand representation, and promotional campaigns—before moving into team leadership and campaign management. No prior management background is necessary as we provide full training from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Representing major client brands at promotional campaigns and corporate events throughout Leeds
• Driving sales and building brand awareness through customer engagement
• Participating in daily workshops covering sales strategy, marketing, and leadership
• Stepping into coaching and team coordination roles as your career progresses
• Helping run daily business operations and ensuring client campaigns hit targets
