The Opportunity

Bunset & Co is expanding in Manchester and we're looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals who want to build a career in business development, sales and leadership.

This is an entry-level opportunity with full training and clear progression. No previous management experience is required — we're looking for people with the drive, confidence and mindset to develop quickly.

The Role

As a Management Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience across:

* Business development and sales

* Customer and client relationship management

* Campaign delivery and commercial operations

* Performance and KPI management

* Team development and leadership

As you progress, you'll take on greater responsibility for team performance, campaign management and business operations.
