Management Associate, Operations

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Learn and support the day-to-day management of warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory control, order fulfilment, transportation coordination, and service performance.
2. Work with operations managers to monitor productivity, costs, service levels, and other key performance indicators.
3. Assist in preparing performance reports and analysing operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Participate in process improvement projects involving warehouse layout, space utilisation, stock accuracy, workflow, and operational efficiency.
5. Support operational audits and help implement corrective actions in accordance with company procedures.
6. Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve operational issues, and maintain service standards.
7. Gain exposure to customer account management, including service reviews, new account implementations, and regional rollouts where applicable.
8. Support the planning and execution of rework and other value-added services.
9. Work alongside supervisors to understand manpower planning, team coordination, employee training, and performance management.
10. Take on increasing responsibility for operational projects or work areas as skills and experience develop.
11. Comply with the company’s EHS, quality, legal, and security requirements.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or any other discipline.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Strong interest in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
4. Good analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
5. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn through hands-on operational assignments.
7. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
