This 2-year programme (with the option to extend for an additional year) serves as your launching pad for a successful career in the food industry. Enterprise Mastery Pathway
Gain broad exposure by rotating across multiple business functions and verticals within the group. This pathway is ideal for aspiring leaders who want a panoramic understanding of our enterprise and to build versatility across diverse domains.

Vertical Mastery Pathway
Deepen your expertise within a specific business vertical, taking on a range of roles within that domain. This pathway suits those who are passionate about mastering a particular industry segment and making a focused impact.

Functional Mastery Pathway
Build specialist expertise by focusing on a single function such as HR, Finance, Operations, or Technology across different business verticals. This pathway is perfect for those who want to drive functional excellence and develop deep domain knowledge.
