Management Associate to CEO

About the role

An entry-level position for candidates who want to learn business directly from various company functions and develop into future leaders. You will work directly with the CEO to help ensure business priorities are executed, decisions are followed through, data is well-organized, and various projects move beyond discussion stage.

Key responsibilities :

• Help record and monitor action items from the CEO, including owners, deadlines, and progress
• Follow up with various functions or project owners
• Help prepare summaries and analysis for decision-making
• Monitor progress of strategic projects and identify pending work
• Conduct research, market visits, or special assignments as needed by the business
• Gain direct exposure to various functions and business units of the company

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree of any major (particularly Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering,

  Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant fields)

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of work experience

• High sense of responsibility

• Do not easily forget incomplete work

• Consistently follows up until the task is fully completed

• Proactive and does not always wait for instructions

• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Comfortable working with numbers and data

• Not afraid to ask questions and communicate professionally with senior staff

• Able to use spreadsheets and presentations well

• Highly curious about processes and performance
