Management Associate – Wealth Management

This role offers the opportunity to develop practical experience in wealth planning, investment advisory, client management, and team leadership within a structured and supportive environment.

You will work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide personalised wealth planning and financial advisory solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting client consultations and financial reviews, evaluating investment opportunities, and assisting clients with suitable investment platforms and portfolio solutions. Through these engagements, you will develop a strong understanding of investment strategies, financial planning, and relationship management.

In addition to building your own advisory capabilities, you will be given the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities by mentoring and guiding an assigned team of two consultants. You will participate in leadership and management development programmes designed to strengthen your capabilities in team building, business development, client management, and strategic decision-making. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to develop and establish your own advisory division.
