We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy, fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate must be a strong leader who is comfortable working under pressure, managing a team, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards throughout every shift.

This is not a Monday–Friday position. The Restaurant Manager must have open availability and be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as these are some of our busiest and most important operating periods.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Leading, supervising, training, and motivating front-of-house and back-of-house employees
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels and preparing employee schedules
• Being actively present on the floor during busy periods
• Ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service
• Handling guest concerns and resolving problems quickly and professionally
• Monitoring food quality, presentation, ticket times, and overall service
• Ensuring employees follow restaurant policies and procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant at all times
• Monitoring labor costs, food costs, waste, and inventory
• Assisting with ordering and maintaining proper inventory levels
• Managing cash-handling procedures, deposits, and daily closing responsibilities
• Holding employees accountable for attendance, performance, appearance, and conduct
• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all health, sanitation, food safety, and alcohol-service requirements
• Communicating maintenance and equipment issues promptly
• Working closely with ownership and upper management regarding restaurant performance, staffing, guest concerns, and operational needs
• Leading by example and stepping in wherever needed during high-volume periods

Schedule & Availability Requirements

Night and weekend availability is mandatory.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
