Job Purpose: To professionally handle customer orders for the company while creating a friendly and competent image. To assist the General Manager/Assistant Manager/ PIC in tasks as assigned to hourly employees.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

• Overseeing all the daily operations within your store
• Supervising store/shift staff in a professional manner
• Recruit, Interview, Hire employees/management for your store location
• Maintain and problem solve staffing needs in your store location
• Train new employees/management
• Delegates tasks to employees
• Forecasting sales
• Manage/Project store labor
• Count/Manage Inventory
• Deliver problem solving solutions on own accord or with your team
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
• Administer accountability amongst your team – evaluating, discipling and termination of employees
• Ordering, receiving, organizing products
• Complete opening/closing procedures before/after normal store hours
• Completes daily and weekly paperwork with accuracy
• Creating a fun, positive and energetic vibe
• Providing excellent customer service via in person and by phone
• Execute our world class sandwiches. wraps, etc.
• Taking customer orders via in person and by phone
• Running a register while handling money or other forms of payment
• Manages deposits and change order per Deposit Operating Procedure
• Cleaning of the kitchen, restrooms, parking lot(s) and lobby
• Assisting with food preparation (bread production, slicing, labeling, weighing, bagging, etc.)
• Possibly deliver orders to offsite customers via your own vehicle
• Open to relocation surrounding Indianapolis

SKILLS, ABILITIES & REQUIREMENTS (but not limited to)

• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly. Must have strong math abilities in addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages. Understand use of personal computer of various software such as Excel and Word.
• Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift up to 50 pounds.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS (but not limited to)

• Must be 18 years of age

• Valid to work in the US

• Have 2 forms of Identification per federal i-9 form

• Must have a working mobile phone

• Willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends as business dictates.
